Account and Transaction Information

First and last name, date of birth, gender, email, phone number, address, government identification number (including Social Security Number, driver’s license number, passport number, or taxpayer identification number), and other information necessary to verify your identity, to comply with our regulatory obligations under financial or anti-money laundering laws, and which may be required for tax reporting purposes. For artists, this may also include your legal and professional name and/or furnishing entity.
  • Financial Information. Bank account information, routing number, or credit card information.
  • Transaction Information. Information about the transactions you make or attempt to make using the Service, such as the Song Tokens you purchase, sell, or attempt to purchase or sell, the prices and timestamps affiliated with those actions, and the names of other users you transact with.
  • Wallet. To access certain features of the Service, you may need to provide us with information related to your digital asset wallet (each, a “Wallet”). Please note that we will not host, custody, or take possession of your private key or the contents of the Wallet. 

You are responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data that you submit. You can choose whether you provide Personal Data to Us, but if you do not provide it to Us, We may not be able to offer certain features of the Service.

Social Data

In connection with Our social network platform, We may also collect:

  • Names of friends you choose to invite
  • Your public facing profile and optional avatar photo
  • Messages you send and receive or conversations made with other users
  • Audio, electronic, visual, and similar information
  • Usage Data (as defined below)

MAT might use Personal Data for the following business purposes:
