MAT Token is a digital asset that represents fractional ownership in the careers of MMA fighters. Each token is backed by a specific fighter and entitles holders to a share of their earnings and exclusive benefits.

MAT Tokens, built on the ERC-1155 standard, are issued by individual MMA fighters and fractionalized into 10,000 units each. As fighters earn prize money, a percentage is collected by the company, converted to stablecoin, and distributed evenly among all issued tokens. Fans and investors can trade these tokens on our marketplace, creating a dynamic ecosystem where support for fighters translates directly into financial rewards.

Begin by funding your MAT wallet with USDC (Polygon network). You can do this by acquiring USDC from any exchange or using other payment methods such as debit card or credit card. Once your MAT wallet is funded, browse the marketplace to explore available MAT Tokens issued by MMA fighters.

Distributions of earnings to MAT Token holders occur on a weekly basis. We collect weekly prize money from each player and distribute the dividends directly to the token holder’s MAT wallet. The frequency may vary depending on the schedule of MMA competitions and the earnings generated by the fighters

The day after the date that the Token is held in the tokenholder’s Slice Token wallet.

The fighter will share 30% of all gross prize money received for competing in official MMA competitions. This percentage will be distributed evenly among the 10,000 issued tokens.

For example, if a fighter earns $1,000,000 in gross prize money in any given year, each token holder would receive $30 for each token they own.

The prize money distribution of 30% will continue until the fighter reaches the UFC or other top MMA world company. 

Once the fighter achieves this milestone, they will continue to share 30% for another 2 calendar years. Afterward, the revenue shared will decrease by 5% every three years until it reaches a minimum of 10% until the end of the fighter’s career.

By adding USDC funds (Polygon network) from any wallet or exchange (Metamask, Binance, Ripio, Lemon, etc), or by using any other payment method as shown in the check-out process. Be sure to always use the Polygon Network.

Users can freely buy and sell tokens at any time. However, in order to claim dividends and become part of the fighter’s community, users must be registered on the MAT Tokens platform, complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) form, and keep the tokens in the wallet provided by us. This process ensures regulatory compliance and helps maintain the integrity of our community.
